80s Themed skate night.

This event is only open to students who paid senior fees.  Students will have to ride the bus to and from the event.

7:00 pm - midnight

One prom ticket is included in the Senior Activity Fees for the paying senior.  All guest tickets and individual tickets for seniors who did not pay their senior fees will be sold for $80.00 per ticket.  Tickets will go on sale for those who did not pay senior fees after the first week in May.

Senior Awards Night

Cedar Hill High School PAC. Texas Scholars awarded, the top ten graduates will be announces as well as many other awards given.

Transportation will be provided on a first come first serve basis. (1 Bus only) Bus will depart CHHS at 11AM

Ticket will be required for all that attend regardless of age.   Each senior will be given 10 tickets.   There will be no additional tickets available beyond the original 10.

Boys: You must wear dark slacks, dark dress shoes, light colored dress shirt and a tie. 
Girls:  You must wear a dress, slacks or skirt and bouse and solid dark colored dress shoes. 
NO FLIP FLOPS!!!! 

Senior Picnic 

June 5, 2013                            8:00am until 2:30pm

Southern Cross Ranch
1800 Dowdy Ferry Road, Dallas, TX. 

Bus transportation will be provided.  All participants must ride the bus to and from the picnic on the bus.  Permission slip and senior contact must be turned in to be allowed to attend.

Thursday June 6, 2013

North Richland Hills. One ticket is included with the senior fees.  Individual tickets can be purchased.

Bus Transportation is provided. Students MUST ride school provided transportation.

 Project Graduation

Friday June 7th           Midnight -5am

12:00am until 5:00am.  
All attendees must arrive before 12:30am. 
Doors will be locked at 12:30am. 
No one will be allowed to enter or leave after 12:30am

Senior Permission Slip and Contract 
All seniors will be required to turn in a permission slip and activity contract.  These forms and other information can be obtained on the senior information board in the cafeteria at CHHS or in the documents section of this webpage.  Students will not be able to attend even if fees are paid without turning in these documents!!  Get them in as soon as possible.   
 

Senior  2013  Committee Meeting 
Senior parent committee is still seeking volunteers to work assist in planning and obtaining gifts and donations for project graduation.  If you are interested in serving on the committee or would like to make a donation please contact Coach Rader at rader@chisd.com if you are interested in helping out.

This year all senior activities will be covered by one low price....$350.00.             This will include all the activities listed below as well as a YEARBOOK. Fees may be paid all at once or in four monthly installments.  An optional fundraiser will be made available to students to assist with fees.  Students may earn up to  half of their senior fees through the optional fundraiser.   

• Payment 1:  $100 due by September 14, 2012
• Payment 2:  $100 due by October 5, 2012 
• Payment 3:  $100 due by November 2, 2012
• Final Payment: $50 due by December 7, 2012

Fees must be paid on time and in full.  Students must be current on fees at the time of events in order to attend.  For example, students must have paid $200 by October 5th in order to attend the Thrillvania field trip.  Individual tickets will be sold for prom and the events during senior week only!!!  Individual ticket prices will reflect an individual rate for that activity and not the group pre-sale rate.  All fees are non-refundable.  If a student does not attend an event as a result of the students personal choice or disciplinary actions, the student will not be issued a refund or credit.  Cash, Money Order and Cashiers checks are the only accepted means of payment.  NO PERSONAL CHECKS!
