Senior FEES

This year all senior activities will be covered by one low price....$250.00

Fees may be paid all at once or in four monthly installments.  Students who pay their fees in full by October 1, 2009 will recieve $15.00 off the purchase price of a Class of 2010 hoodie. This mean you get a senior hoodie for only $10.00. 

The fees scedule is as follows: 

                  Payment 1:  $100 due by September 15, 2009

                  Payment 2:  $50.00 due by October 15, 2009  

                  Payment 3:  $50.00 due by November 16, 2009

                  Final Payment: $50.00 due by Decemer 15, 2009.

Fees must be paid on time and in full.  Students must be current on fees at the time of events in order to attend.  Individual ticket will be sold for prom and the events during senior week only!!!  Individual ticket prices will reflect an individual rate for that activity and not the group pre-sale rate.  All fees are non-refundable. 

Cash, Money Order and Cashiers checks are the only accepted means of payment. 

Senior Permission Slip and Contract 

All seniors will be required to turn in a permission slip and activity contract.  These forms and other information can be obtained on the senior information board in the cafeteria at CHHS or in the documents section of this webpage.  Students will not be able to attend even if fees are paid without turning in these documents!!  Get them in as soon as possible.            

Senior  2010  Committee Meeting 

Senior parents are needed for the 2010 parent committee!!!  If you are interested in serving on a committee to help plan several of the senior activities please email you name and phonce number to Coach Rader at rader@chisd.com .

Senior Prom 2010

Senior prom will be held Friday May 21st, 2010 at the Waxahachie Civic Center.  One prom ticket is included in the Senior Activity Fees for the paying senior.  All guest tickets and individual tickets for senior who did not pay their senior fees will be sold for $80.00 per ticket. 

Senior Trip 

Fundraising has begun to help fund a senior trip.  If you have ideas please see one of the Senior Class Officers. 

Baccalaureate

Tenatively scheduled for May 23, 2010.  Details coming soon.

Senior Awards Night

Wednesday June 2, 2010  7:00pm Cedar Hill High School PAC.

Graduation Practice 

June 4, 2010  (Tentative) Busses will depart CHHS at 8:00am sharp.  You must attend graduation practice!!! We should return to CHHS at approximately 12:30pm.  Students must ride the bus.

Graduation

June 4, 2010 (Tenative)  Dallas Convention Center, 650 South Griffin, Dallas, TX 75202, 7:00pm.  All graduates need to arrive in cap and gown NO LATER than 6:00pm. Boys: You must wear dark slacks, dark dress shoes, light colored dress shirt and a tie.  Girls:  You nmust wear a dress, slacks or shirt and bouse and solid dark colored dress shoes.  NO FLIP FLOPS!!!!

Project Graduation

June 5, 2010 (Tenative)  12:00am until 5:00am.   All attendees must arrive before 12:30am.  Doors will be locked at midnight.  No one will be allowed to enter or leave after 12:30am!!
