Longhorn TV (LTV) would love to record your event

and produce a DVD for you!

The following are the procedures and conditions under which Longhorn TV must operate.

•1.    The event must take place on the CHHS campus.

•2.    You must place and pay for an initial order for at least 50 DVDs. Individual DVD sales and the collection of monies is up to your organization. You can place additional orders to LTV in blocks of 25 DVDs. Payment to LTV needs to be relatively prompt (but payment must be in full for each order no matter what you can resell)

•3.    LTV charges $2.50 per DVD (you can charge whatever you want!)

•4.    DVDs will be produced and delivered in a guaranteed time of no less than 2 school weeks. (it takes time to edit and editing will only occur during class time!) Additional orders can be filled in a couple of days.

•5.    LTV has a first come first served Production Calendar! Since we are student workers, we have a limited availability. LTV reserves the right to deny any event if we are already booked to capacity of work load or if we deem the event to be beyond our scope of ability to produce a good DVD.

•6.    ALL finished DVDs must be shorter than 2 hours.
