Coach Rader graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelors degree in Exercise Sport Sciences in 1998.  She gratuated from Odessa High School in 1992.

I have been employed with Cedar Hill ISD since the 1999-2000 school year.  I taught at Permenter Middle School for seven years before moving to the high school in 2006-2007.  I taught health, physical education, Texas History and US History as well as coached Volleyball, Basketball, Track and high School Softball.  I am currently teaching US History,Pre AP US History and Student Leadership. In addition, I also serve Cedar Hill High School as the varsity assistant softball coach, Student Council Sponsor and Senior Class Sponsor. as well as, being the Assistant for the Longhorn Powerlifting Team.  

I am married and have four young children all of which attend school in Cedar Hill ISD.
